What is DEVIATE?DEVIATE is an interactive event showcasing a collaborative expression of art & music. The event will feature a blend of progressive art forms, live performance artists, bands, DJs, as well as food and beverage service for patrons. *Some of the art at DEVIATE may feature bold and provocative themes. We encourage you to explore with an open mind and embrace the diverse range of expressions on display.

Where is DEVIATE?Corner of Ironworks Drive & Third Street Beloit, WI. Our former spot making way for a new business so we're taking the party just down the road under the Rakuten building’s covered waterfront pavilion on the Ironworks Campus. GET DIRECTIONS.

How do I buy tickets to DEVIATE?Tickets are available for purchase online prior to the event. For those who have not purchased advance tickets, cash or card will be accepted at the main entrance for entry into DEVIATE.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to DEVIATE?DEVIATE is a 21 & over event. All patrons must present a valid ID for entry to DEVIATE. No exceptions! Please have a valid photo ID ready to present at the Main Entrance.

Is re-entry allowed?Re-entry is permitted with an unaltered wristband. Please note that all guests are subject to search upon entry.

Will there be food at the event?Yes. A variety of food options will be available for purchase during the event. Including: Cocos Tamales (Mexican) Lex'irriaz (Mexican) We Got Soul (Soul Food) Lucy's #7 Burger Bar (Burgers)

Will there be drinks at the event?Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at DEVIATE and will be served at bars located throughout the event. Soft drinks and water will also be available for purchase. We do not permit any outside alcohol, drinks or coolers to be brought into the event. Security will confiscate any outside alcohol brought into DEVIATE. The bar accepts cash and card.

Will art be available for purchase?Yes. The majority of artists will be selling their artwork throughout the night. DEVIATE artists keep 100% of their sales proceeds and are solely responsible for all sales transactions. Most artists will accept cash, and some will accept card and digital payments.

How do I pay? Will an ATM be available?There will not be an ATM. Payment methods may vary throughout the event. Please be prepared. Entry: Accepts cash and card. ($15 at the door, Valid 21+ ID required for entry) Bar: Accepts cash and card. Food Vendors: Most accept card. Payment methods may vary and include cash or card. Artists: Most accept card. Payment methods may vary and include cash, card, and/or mobile payments (e.g., Venmo, Cash App, etc.).

What is the event attire?There is no official dress code for the event. Please wear appropriate footwear as the concrete floor is uneven and cannot be cleaned thoroughly prior to the event. Do not enter areas that are blocked off and do not attempt to climb on any walls, fencing or construction equipment.

Will restrooms be available?Portable restrooms and hand washing stations will be on site. No permanent restrooms or running water will be available for event patrons.

Is parking available for the event?Free parking will be available at DEVIATE in the nearby Rakuten and Ironworks North parking lots. Additional parking may be available in the streets surrounding the Ironworks Campus buildings.

Is overnight lodging available nearby?Overnight accommodations are available downtown at Ironworks Hotel and Hotel Goodwin. Please inquire for reservations and availability.

Is DEVIATE handicap accessible?DEVIATE complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and is accessible, with exceptions for certain areas constructed prior to 1990.

What about inclement weather?DEVIATE is a rain or shine event in a covered pavilion. Please watch the weather and plan accordingly.

Is there a Lost and Found?Lost and Found articles are turned into and can be claimed at the Lost and Found area located at the Main Entrance.

Can I bring my service animal with me?DEVIATE gladly welcomes service animals and service animals-in-training. If you require the use of the animal to enjoy DEVIATE, we strongly encourage the use of an identifying vest, harness, cape, or leash, so other DEVIATE patrons do not attempt to pet or play with your service animal. Please note that DEVIATE reserves the right to remove both animal and patron if the animal jeopardizes the safety of other DEVIATE patrons or staff. DEVIATE will NEVER separate or attempt to separate you from your service animal.

What are the security policies at DEVIATE?All participants and patrons are subject to search by security. All bags are subject to inspection prior to entering the DEVIATE grounds. No backpacks or bags larger than 9x10x12 will be allowed on the grounds. DEVIATE Staff and Security personnel will be able to assist with any emergency needs.

What if I get ill or injured while on DEVIATE grounds?The First Aid station is located at the Main Entrance. DEVIATE Staff and Security personnel will be able to assist with any emergency needs.

Is smoking permitted?Smoking will be allowed outside. Smoking indoors will not be permitted. We ask that you please properly dispose of your cigarette butts.

Are weapons allowed on grounds?No weapons of any kind are allowed on site.

Will anyone be taking my photo?Photographers/Videographers will be on site during the event. By attending the event, you consent to having your image taken.

Are there sponsorship opportunities available?We have a limited number of sponsorship opportunities available. Please email info@deviatebeloit.com if your company is interested in becoming an official sponsor of DEVIATE.

What is the refund policy?All ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds for DEVIATE tickets purchased.
